The Company shall store your personal data for a period of two (2) months. After this time your personal data shall be deleted.

You have at any time the right to obtain information on your personal data kept in our data base without any obligation towards us and under the applicable personal data protection legislation. You have the right to request that your personal data be transferred to another organization/institution (data portability).

In case the Company is proven to be liable for disclosing your personal data and, as a result, you suffer material or non-material damage, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (the Ηellenic Data Protection Authority – HDPA).

8. AMENDMENT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is subject to unilateral amendment by the Company at its sole discretion. Please check the date of application at the top of this Privacy Policy to see when the current Privacy Policy was last revised. The updated version shall come into effect, as soon as uploaded.

If the Company proceeds to substantial changes to this Privacy Policy extending the Company’s rights on the use of your collected personal data, it shall inform you accordingly and it shall provide you with options for the future use of the said personal data.

9. Personal Data Collection by means of submitting a CV to the Company

We collect personal data, already included in the CV you have voluntarily sent to us (inter alia your name & surname, telephone number, e-mail address, birth date etc).

We store this data, by saving your CV in a file specifically used for recruiting purposes only, in search of suitable candidates to fill positions in our company, for one (1) year; after this period the data will be deleted.

You have in any event the right to request that such data be deleted at any time.
